Who we are

ExosAI ("we", "us") runs the website exosai.tech and the API at https://api.exosai.tech/v1. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ExosAI.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your keys, including requests made by people or tools you give a key to. Tell us at support@exosai.tech if you think a key or your account has been compromised, and revoke the key in your dashboard.

One person may not run several accounts to collect sign-up bonuses, daily rewards or referral credit.

The service

ExosAI gives you one OpenAI-compatible API for many AI models. Most models are run by third-party providers; we forward your request to the provider that serves the model you choose. The list of models, their prices and their limits can change at any time, and a model can be removed without notice when its provider stops offering it.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise any uptime, speed or that every request will succeed. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive; check it before you rely on it.

Credits and payment

ExosAI is prepaid. You top up your balance with cryptocurrency and each request is charged from it at the price shown in the catalog when the request is made. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

• A top-up is credited once the payment is confirmed on its blockchain. Payments sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in the wrong coin may not be recoverable.
• Bonus credit (sign-up bonus, daily rewards, referrals and codes) can only be spent on AI requests, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Paid credits are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we decide otherwise for a specific case. Contact support if something went wrong with a payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use ExosAI to:

• break the law, or create content that sexualises minors, promotes violence against people, or harasses anyone;
• send malware, spam, phishing or fraud, or attack or probe systems you do not own;
• get around rate limits, quotas, payment or account checks, or resell access without our written permission;
• break the usage policies of the provider whose model you are using.

You keep the rights to what you send and receive, and you are responsible for having the right to send it.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts other users at risk. A suspended account loses access to the API and the dashboard, and the IP addresses it used may be blocked. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ExosAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use ExosAI after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@exosai.tech.
