GetAIPerks.com ("Free AI Perks"): What You Should Know Before You Pay

Updated: 26 October 2026 · Sources: public websites, published terms, domain records and review sites · Corrections: support@exosai.tech

In short

This report describes public evidence so readers can assess the risks themselves. It is not a legal finding of fraud.

1. You pay for access to guides and listed perks, not guaranteed credits

The Spanish-language AI-credit guide says (translated):

"We provide exclusive access to all major AI API credit programs with real production-ready credits."

But the Terms of Service, section 4.1, state:

"We do not provide, issue, resell, guarantee, or distribute credits."

At checkout, the site also states:

"No outcomes, including credits or approval, are guaranteed."

These statements create an important distinction: the marketing emphasizes access to production-ready credits, while the Terms disclaim providing or guaranteeing them.

The large figures displayed on the site, such as "Claude $100,000", "AWS $300,000" and "Google Cloud $350,000", refer to advertised maximums associated with the providers' own programs. They are not guaranteed benefits of a GetAIPerks subscription. Eligibility and actual awards vary, and some programs require accelerator participation, venture funding, or other qualifications.

The same guide displays a total potential credit value of "$10,000 - $90,000". This is the site's own aggregate estimate, not a single credit program or a guaranteed amount available to each subscriber.

You can explore provider programs directly:

The perks table on the homepage also lists "ChatGPT (via partner) $1,000", linking to llmapi.ai. This is a third-party offer, not a direct OpenAI credit award. The listing describes a 1:1 bonus match on a first deposit made within 24 hours of signup, meaning the customer must pay first. Check the partner's current terms before depositing money.

2. How the trial and "Unlock" work

The site's published Refund Policy, section 4A, states that clicking an Unlock button:

"ends the trial immediately and charges the full price shown, on the spot."

The same policy says that, before the button is pressed, the site displays:

"a notice that by unlocking you agree to end your free trial now and to be charged the stated amount that day"

That notice is important and should be acknowledged. The question is whether it is sufficiently clear and prominent in the actual checkout interface, especially alongside marketing that promises "real production-ready credits".

The policy also says:

"Subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer a money-back guarantee."

According to the published policy, refund requests may be rejected for reasons including:

There are two separate billing events to understand:

  1. Unlocking a paid perk: the policy says this ends the trial immediately and charges the displayed amount that day.
  2. Allowing the trial to expire: the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically if you do not cancel beforehand.

The pricing page displays "$119" crossed out and a $59 price alongside a countdown timer. We have not established whether the timer resets or whether the comparison price represents a genuine previous price.

A Trustpilot review dated 11 October 2026 states:

"misleading promo - it is not FREE 3 days - you're charged no matter what"

That is one customer's account, not proof that every subscriber experiences the same outcome.

Practical advice: Read the notice beside the Unlock button, check the amount and billing terms, and save a screenshot before proceeding. Do not assume that clicking Unlock merely opens a guide or continues a free trial.

3. Promotion of resold AI accounts

The homepage source contains a promotional element labelled aiCreditsModal with the text:

"Buy & Sell AI Credits OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini & More - Access verified credits … at up to 60% off retail price"

A GetAIPerks article about buying AI credits directs readers to aicredits.co and states:

"ownership and credentials transferred within 24 hours post-payment"

The marketplace advertises accounts associated with major AI and cloud providers. Examples listed on aicredits.co on 26 October 2026:

ProviderAdvertised credit balanceListed price
OpenAI$2,500$1,000
Microsoft Azure$44,000$8,800
Google Cloud$50,000$20,000
ElevenLabs$4,000$800

These figures are the marketplace's advertised claims, not independently verified account balances or guarantees that the credits remain usable after transfer.

The marketplace states:

"No AI provider has visibility into your trades."

Its Terms are governed by Hong Kong law and disclaim liability for provider bans and for:

"unauthorized access, security breaches, or misuse of credits after a transfer"

Why this matters

Startup credits are often subject to restrictions on resale, transfer, or account sharing. The exact restrictions depend on the provider and the specific program.

Buying a transferred account can expose you to:

A security firm, Vectoral, identified AI Credits as a credit marketplace in its August 2026 research on discounted AI access. That research supports the existence of a broader market in resold AI access. It does not prove that any particular listing was stolen or unlawfully obtained.

The available evidence establishes that GetAIPerks promotes the marketplace. Similarities in site design and hosting do not, on their own, establish that the two websites have the same owner.

4. Related companies shown on the site

The founder, Artem Luko, has publicly stated on LinkedIn:

"I've built getaiperks.com"

His other company, Round Funded, appears on GetAIPerks as a "Free Perk $400". The site's statistics page ranks Round Funded as the fifth most-opened perk (7,366 opens).

Artem Luko's public website, artemluko.com, lists investments including AI Perks, WinPolymarket, Snippets AI, OnlyPhone, Startup Mentor, and Payrolling.

Several of these companies appear on the GetAIPerks advertising page under the heading:

"Trusted by startups that have been featured on AI Perks"

The pages reviewed did not disclose the relationships between the founder and these businesses.

This matters because users may interpret a perk listing, ranking, testimonial, or "trusted" label as independent endorsement. Where a business has a financial or ownership relationship with the platform promoting it, clear disclosure helps readers evaluate that endorsement.

Round Funded's own pricing page advertises a card-upfront free trial and claims such as "5,000x return", and its Terms include a section titled "Payment, Subscription, Free Trial, and No Refunds". These are separate commercial claims and should be evaluated on their own evidence. They are not, by themselves, proof of misconduct by GetAIPerks.

5. Who is behind GetAIPerks?

The Privacy Policy identifies the data controller as "Free AI Perks". The pages reviewed do not clearly publish a legal company name, registration number, or business address.

Other public information:

Domain privacy is common and is not proof of wrongdoing. A project can also predate the registration of its current domain.

The practical concern is transparency: customers should be able to identify the responsible contracting party and find the information needed to resolve billing or consumer-rights disputes.

6. What others say

The checks described in this report did not identify malware or phishing detections. That does not establish that the sites are safe or that their commercial practices are fair.

Automated reputation scores and customer reviews can help identify questions worth investigating, but neither is a legal finding.

7. If you were charged

  1. Save the evidence. Keep your receipt, confirmation emails, and screenshots of the pricing page, the checkout screen, and the notice beside the Unlock button.
  2. Cancel the subscription. Use the cancellation process in your account or email support@getaiperks.com from the address associated with the account. Save the cancellation confirmation.
  3. Request a refund in writing. Email refund@getaiperks.com with the transaction date, amount, and reason for your request.
  4. Contact the payment provider. If Polar processed the transaction, contact Polar and ask about its refund process. Confirm the applicable policy and any deadlines directly.
  5. Ask your bank or card issuer about a dispute if necessary. Explain accurately what happened and provide the supporting documents. A refund or chargeback is not guaranteed.
  6. Check your legal rights. Consumers in the EU or UK may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, potentially including a 14-day right in applicable circumstances. The rules depend on the transaction, timing, disclosures, and any relevant exceptions.

A "no refunds" clause does not automatically override mandatory consumer rights.

8. Where to report concerns

If you believe a particular practice warrants investigation, send a factual report with screenshots and dates to the organization responsible for the relevant issue.

Polar's published Acceptable Use Policy prohibits products that involve:

"fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, abusive or predatory practices"

The same policy lists "advertising, and sponsorship" among business categories Polar does not accept. GetAIPerks advertises paid sponsor placements and other advertising packages. However, we have not established whether Polar processes those advertising transactions, so the relevance of that restriction depends on the actual payment arrangements.

A report should ask the relevant organization to review the evidence rather than state that a violation has already been established.

Limits of this report

We reviewed the quoted website statements and listings on the live pages on 26 October 2026. We did not buy a subscription, complete a purchase, test every checkout interaction, or access private systems.

We have not established whether the countdown timer resets, who processes advertising payments, or whether GetAIPerks and AICredits have the same owner. The allegation about hidden AI-directed text remains unconfirmed. Advertised credit balances have not been independently verified.

This report describes public representations and identifies issues readers may wish to investigate. It is not a legal finding of fraud or other wrongdoing.
